About Derek Sage
Derek Sage was born in Lebanon, Tennessee, and still calls Lebanon home. He is a 2012 graduate of Trevecca Nazarene University with a Bachelor of Arts.
His work on houses started in 2006 as a laborer for a general contractor. In 2007 he moved into facilities maintenance for multifamily properties and later supervised that work. He also spent three years as a project manager overseeing residential remodeling.
Sage Home Inspections is operated by SageCo, LLC. Derek is a licensed Tennessee home inspector, License #3207, and carries errors and omissions insurance and general liability insurance.
Inspections are based in Lebanon and typically cover a drive of about an hour and a half, including Mt. Juliet, Hartsville, Watertown, Lafayette (Macon County), Nashville, Hermitage, and Old Hickory.
