Inspections start at $400. The final price depends on the size and age of the house. Thermal imaging is extra.
How long does an inspection take?
Most inspections take 2 to 4 hours.
When will I get the report?
Reports are delivered in Spectora, same day up to 24 hours.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Derek Sage, TN License #3207. SageCo, LLC carries E&O and general liability insurance.
Where do you work?
Based in Lebanon. Typical drive about an hour and a half, including Mt. Juliet, Hartsville, Watertown, Lafayette (Macon County), Nashville, Hermitage, and Old Hickory.
Do you offer thermal imaging?
Yes, as an add-on.
Do you offer radon testing?
Not at this time.
How do I pay?
Cash or Venmo, before the inspection starts.
Should I attend?
Attendance is recommended so you can ask questions on site.
